The email backup feature has been live on the site for a while now so we thought is was about time we did a feature on it. To access the Email Backup feature click on “My Backups” in the file tree and you will see the email backup toolbar.
Fill in the account details as below:
Once you have filled in the account details click the email backup icon and if you have configured this correctly then your emails will being to backup and you can can access them from your account or though your iPhone. If you get an error choose edit and then change your details – you may need to check the secure email checkbox.
We would recommend that you clean out your email account from very large files before you do the backup otherwise this may take a while.
