The Microsoft SkyDrive cloud has had intermittent problems for several hours now. Microsoft’s whole SkyDrive site was unavailable for a long period of time and has become available only intermittently. This means our Cloud Gateway is only able to access it when it is there and stable. Once we see that it has stabilized we will post an update.
For registered full customers who use a backup cloud with SkyDrive, as SkyDrive is not available you will failover to your backup cloud provider for your files
