Hi, my name is Javier and I am a Software Tester at Storage Made Easy. My favourite feature is probably the Document Search & Tag. Depending on my test task, I tend to upload plenty of files within different directories. The Document Search feature allows me to quickly and easily find specific files by simply searching a phrase as well as setting a search criteria, which you can see in the screenshot below.
I can also add Tags to different files as a way of putting them into groups and then being able to select a Tag to see all of the files in one place. This is particularly useful when I have a variety of files stored on several different cloud providers but I want to group the same file types together for instance. For example, I can add the Tag ‘MFF’ to all of the files related to ‘My Favourite Features’ and they would be grouped together and found without having to search through a multitude of directories.
