We have made available a new previewer for .msg and .mbox email formats.
The previewer is available in the normal previewer pane but if you wish to have more space to work with the email you can right click and open a pop-out viewer:
Depending on how the email has been exported the attachments that are in the viewer may also be available for download.
The .msg and .mbox format are typically exported emails available that are created or saved within Microsoft Outlook (msg) or Apple Mail / Mozilla Thunderbird (mbox).
The new email previewer is currently available on the File Fabric hosted SaaS platform and will make its way into a forthcoming revision of our Enterprise Appliance.
