Our cloud monitoring has picked up an issue with Box.net. Right now files are not able to be downloaded from Box.net directly. If you go to Box.net, login and try and download your file you will see the screen below.
User who use box.net from the SMEStorage gateway will not be able to download their box.net files until Box.net resolves this issue. Users who have a multi-cloud account and are using our cloud backup service will simply fail over to another cloud to get access to their files.
We’ll post an update when this issue is resolved.
